Each Elite House can be surrounded by four Stone Circles and four Elite Houses (the corners count as well), so the Appeal contribution is 20*4 + 4*6 + 6 = 110 for a checkerboard of Elite Houses and Stone Circles.

While the Gazebo was the best of the row appeal elements in Zeus, it's small potatoes compared to the Shell Garden in Poseidon.
