Multiple bosses can be found in Huntdown, with a variety of different areas to discover and clear, and loot and weapons to be unlocked. Huntdown plays out like your usual side-scrolling shooters of yesterday (its art style is very reminiscent of the Metal Slug franchise) with dozens of enemies to mow down with a variety of weapons. Flamethrowers, machine guns, cars, and even playing baseball with a grenade are ways for players to blast away these 16-bit bad guys. Hunt solo or give suppressive fire and advance on the enemy together in co-op as you run, jump, and take cover in the neon soaked, graffiti strewn 80s inspired cityscapes. The game is one of the top-rated shoot ‘em ups, with many perfect scores and awards from popular. Players will have the option to play solo or cooperate with their friends to exterminate and eradicate the crime-ridden streets of the future. Coffee Stain, who is running publishing this time around, is the company behind sandbox building game Satisfactory and the comedic, open-world game Goat Simulator. Easy Trigger Games is the developer behind Huntdown. Titled Huntdown, the game will be made available on the aforementioned platforms by May 12 according to an announcement made by publisher Coffee Stain Publishing.
